I’m currently  building my future home in Pickering, a spot I love for its proximity to Toronto, but a larger space for my family to grow. As a graduate of the University of Toronto in Industrial Engineering, I’ve always been fascinated by the complex process of building a home. Andrew Chun

I've been in customer service and sales even before my days studying at The University of Western Ontario, working in promotional sales, bartending, selling commercial moves, and furniture sales (just to name a few!). My previous work experience helped me develop the necessary skills to become a well-rounded, dedicated real estate agent. While I was born and raised in Mississauga. Squamish, British Columbia is where my husband and I set roots. Anna Emmanouil

As an MBA grad with a background in technical recruiting, I started my career in real estate after working with a developer. I fell in love with the process and found fulfillment in helping my clients make one of life’s most crucial decisions. I’ve been a landlord, managed major renovations, worked with international buyers, and represented developers on pre-construction deals - add my keen eye for design, and I’ve pretty much done it all! When working with me, my clients can count on confidence and trust; since real estate isn’t merely a financial decision, I ask the right questions to help them feel empowered to make the best decision.

I currently live in Whitby with my wife and two young daughters; it’s a great place to raise kids and lead the active, family-orientated lifestyle that’s important to us. If I’m not working on an interior design project around the house, I’m reading or watching a show while on my stationary bike. I love riding - if I could somehow manage to take everyone I loved with me, I’d move to Copenhagen for the city’s beautiful design, food, and bike-centric culture!

Dan Chan

I’ve always loved houses. As a kid, I wanted to be an architect; I remember as soon as I could drive, I would go to different neighbourhoods in the city and look at all the other houses. I loved imagining what they looked like on the inside, drawing imaginary floor plans, and envisioning how I would design the interiors. As I moved along my career path, architecture and interior design ultimately weren’t the right fit for me, so I chose to get my real estate license (spoiler alert: this was the best decision I ever made). I love my career now, and it’s such an important job to be helping someone make the biggest purchase of their life! I wholeheartedly believe that every real estate transaction is an important one, and treat each one as such – whether it be the first or 10th purchase or sale.

I moved to Toronto from Halifax 10 years ago (has it really been that long?!) and couldn’t picture myself living anywhere else. I truly feel at home in the King West area, which is buzzing with motivated professionals and has great proximity to hip bars and restaurants. Not to mention, I get to take my dog everywhere, from all the local parks, and shops on Queen Street, to my hair salon. In my spare time, I love seeing my friends or working out at the gym. Glamping on Toronto Island (weather permitting) is a favourite summer activity of mine, along with spending time on the water, on the beach, and seeing the sun set below the skyline. No matter how many times I see the city from this perspective, it never gets old!

Not super-fancy, but my future home will absolutely have a beautiful pool and hot tub, a fenced yard perfect for my pup, and a stunning walk-in closet!

Emily Wells

Having bought my first property when I was 19 years old, I’ve always had a love for real estate. I started my career as a mortgage agent, which has really given me an advantage in helping my clients with the challenge of financing their purchases. I know first-hand that buying that first home can be daunting, no matter your age; one of my specialties is assisting first-time homebuyers with navigating different government programs and discovering creative financing options so they’re successfully able to enter the housing market.

Living in Richmond Hill with my wife and youngest daughter, I’m close enough to frequent Toronto, but far enough from the hustle and bustle to experience a bit of quiet. Living out of the city has given us many opportunities, not to mention, a beautiful yard to devote my time to (I’m extremely proud of my lush grass!). Giving back to my community is always important to me; I’m a wish grantor for the Make-A-Wish Foundation, and have volunteered with the Terry Fox Run as well. In my spare time, I enjoy going for walks and watching documentaries.

Gabriele (Gabe) Cocunato

Real estate’s in my blood, from both my parents being agents, to my grandfather, who used to type offers on his typewriter - I couldn’t imagine doing anything else. Gregory Fawcett

I live in Toronto, between Yorkville and the Annex. I love the proximity to shops and restaurants, and the striking historic architecture of the homes. I also love the local Mexican restaurant right by my house, Playa Cabana, which is amazing! On a personal note, I'm a foodie, and enjoy reading, working out, and spending time with friends. I’m also a proud plant mommy to some hard-to-grow species, like a weeping fig tree and birds of paradise!

I originally spent time in the clothing wholesale industry, selling clothing lines to retail stores on behalf of the manufacturers. In that line of business, relationship building is crucial, and it’s that element that I carry over to my real estate career. In real estate, I love that I get to expertly negotiate, and have diverse days, weeks, and months. I get to meet great people and explore my community. Many of my clients say that I’m low pressure, and they feel that I approach the buying and selling process with the care that I’d have if I were buying and selling my own home. This makes my clients feel very comfortable working with me, since I have their interests at heart.

The Caribbean is my favourite vacation destination, but I also love spending time on Lake Kalamalka in Vernon, British Columbia. Living in B.C. allows me lots of outdoor time – I love the fact that we have three ski hills in our backyard, along with the ocean and beaches for summertime activities. I take my three kids snowboarding in the winter and wake surfing in the summer, and also enjoy kickboxing and weightlifting for stress relief.

I've always had an interest in housing. It started when I was a boy delivering the North Shore News and the Real Estate Weekly newspapers - I would read through the real estate sections, mostly in awe of just how big and opulent homes could be. As I grew up, I became less interested in how grand they could be, and more interested in what made each one special. Castles come in all shapes and sizes, and I never pressure my clients to buy something they aren't comfortable with. This creates space to further grow and better understand the client's needs, and makes it possible to know and uncover questions they didn't know they had. Years of experience and surrounding myself with the best in the business makes it possible to always find the right answers.

I've lived on the North Shore my entire life. I enjoy travelling, but crossing Lion's Gate Bridge with the lions in the background and the ocean beneath is a feeling that anyone who knows where home is can relate to. I spend a great deal of my time driving; when I'm not supporting clients, I'm shuttling my kids around to the ski hills or driving to launch my kayak. And when I can finally hang up my car keys, the cycling trails are just outside my front door. I’m fortunate to have family around every corner, and we all truly love the great outdoors!

As my kids get older, I find myself wanting to create a home environment that fosters a "want to be at dad's" vibe. Future plans for my home would include a pool, home gym, maybe a games room? Whatever it takes to keep 'em close!

I live here on the ‘best coast’ with my family, including two Pomeranians, Minky and Puffy, who are always thrilled to see dad (even when I’ve only been away for a minute). There’s a lot of love in this house and in this province!

Before getting into real estate, I actually bought, renovated, and sold my own properties. It was through that experience that I realized I loved the search, the negotiations, and the listing process, and I wanted to make a career helping people reach their real estate goals. During that time, I worked in the casino gaming industry. The sales and customer management experience gained there is a huge asset to me in the real estate industry; learning to read people, standing strong for my clients, and enjoying the moments. Outside of strictly buying and selling, I also love studying interior design, and am constantly analyzing what to do to maximize the look and feel of all kinds of spaces. I'm also married to an electrician, and like to think I've absorbed some of his knowledge through osmosis!

Although I've lived in cities around North America - Winnipeg, Kingston, Las Vegas, and Calgary, to name a few - King City is exactly where I want to be right now! My passions are houses and people - when combined, it’s perfection! I love using my background in sales and marketing (for horses actually, not houses!) to help people find the right area for them, and then negotiate to get them into their dream home. I can’t get enough of seeing a client's face light up when they see their perfect home for the first time and imagine their future in it. I get there by always establishing a connection built on trust, integrity, and a positive attitude. That connection really creates a strong client/agent relationship that’s tough to beat!

I live in an amazing area with my husband, our two small children, and our dog, Winter. Whether it’s watching the surf on the beach, catching some live music at one of the many excellent restaurants, strolling through the forest paths, or enjoying a walk down the pier, there’s really so much for us to do here! I love where I live for the people, for its sheer beauty, and for maintaining a real sense of community. And while I wouldn’t live anywhere else, I’m still ALWAYS planning my next travel adventure - although, if a country home in the south of France was a realistic choice, I might have to eventually stay put!

Before my real estate career, I was originally a high school science and physical education teacher, and also ran several athletic gyms. Health and home are two of the most important things to me, so it felt natural to expand into real estate, and I’ve loved it ever since! I keep busy taking my two dogs to Riverdale Park nearby to race around, although they’re starting to be outpaced by my two amazing nephews, who easily keep them on their toes. Outside of keeping fit, I’ve just started learning the piano and how to speak Spanish - always working on something new! 

I love swimming pools and hot tubs, and would consider a waterslide from my bedroom to the pool a bonus!

Before real estate, I worked in both the film and tech industries in sales and marketing capacities, but it wasn’t until I started investing in real estate that I felt drawn to help families achieve their dreams of owning a home. I love being part of my clients’ journey of purchasing or selling their home - it’s kind of magical to be part of such a special and important decision in people’s lives! I live with my husband and two fur babies (chihuahuas!). Niti Nielsen

My passion for real estate started long before taking clients to showings. I’ve always been interested in it, but when I began spending my weekends visiting open houses and I wasn’t even in the market, I knew it was time to pursue it as a career! A graduate of the University of Western Ontario’s Urban Development program, real estate has always been what makes me tick. At home, I love an active lifestyle of tennis, HIIT and golf, and when I’m not working, I enjoy the outdoors, travelling, and hanging out with my floofy rescue pup, Chunky! I love the history and vibrant local community in my neighbourhood, Dovercourt Village; especially grabbing frequent bites Vit Beo and (nearby) Mattachioni, coffee at Contra Cafe, and kicking back with a glass of wine at Paradise Grapevine with my partner.

My mission has always been to help people achieve their goals in life. Prior to entering real estate, I was in the health and fitness industry, both in sales and personal training. My time there really taught me the importance of understanding my clients' needs, and then having the ability to guide them toward meeting their goals. I take pride in being dependable, trustworthy, and hard working, and strive to make every transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible.. Buying and selling homes is an exciting and emotional endeavor, and my clients take comfort in knowing I’ll guide them every step of the way.

I’ve lived most of my life in Toronto, and now call the Esplanade home. I love that there are endless things to do in my area. I love venturing down Yonge Street and walking along the Harbourfront, and visiting the St. Lawrence Market to grab a bite to eat and do some grocery shopping - so many fantastic vendors under one roof! In my free time, I enjoy working out, playing guitar, and going for long walks with my french bulldog, Chewie.

There’s nothing more relaxing for me than hanging out with my husband, two amazing boys, and our dog (okay, if not relaxing, at least enjoyable!). Our Lawrence Park home is in a great family-oriented neighbourhood with lots of local restaurants and shops. I love this city, and wouldn’t want to live anywhere else in the world!

My goal as a realtor is to help people find the perfect home, and build wealth through real estate ownership. As a mortgage broker, I have a deep understanding of the financial aspect of purchasing and selling, and I’m able to reduce my client’s stress by thinking two steps ahead in the transaction. Many clients have commented on my calm demeanour, and that I found the perfect fit for them! I love looking at beautiful homes, and approach my work with patience, interest, and teamwork. 

An avid portrait and fashion photographer, I love love love cameras! I enjoy going on photowalks to explore the city and interact with people. I’m fortunate to have lots of outdoors to explore here in Richmond Hill, where my wife, daughter and I enjoy hitting the park.

Rory Armstrong

There’s nothing like making that congratulatory call to let my clients know they bought/sold their home. After all, home is special, and I’m proud and grateful to be a part of that process for my clients. I’m especially proud to work with clients who perhaps didn’t originally call Canada home - with my strong grasp of languages, I’m able to communicate in many Latin-based languages, which many of my clients appreciate. As a former communications specialist, I pull on these skills to some degree with every transaction I’m involved in. I thrive as being the conflict-resolution guy, bringing two sides with completely different viewpoints into one agreement. Overall, my clients trust me, and know they can always count on me for respect, integrity, service, and excellence.

A major soccer fan, I enjoy watching my two sons play, and hope that I’ve taught them a thing or two myself (although they’ve more likely picked up their skills from watching every TFC game with me at BMO Field). Although I love living in Woodbridge, with its easy access to both the city and cottage country, if I could live anywhere in the world, I’d choose two places: Manhattan Beach (California), and Portugal: I need ocean breezes to survive, doctor’s orders!

Rui M. Estevao

I used to be the CEO of a sales organisation based in South Africa. Understanding market trends, listening to customers needs, and implementing sales strategies are all valuable skills I developed during my time there. Prior to joining the real estate world, I also worked for a strategic marketing consultancy, so pulling insights from data is a strength, not to mention efficiency, consistency, and a customer-first mentality. All these skills combined make me a talented realtor, but the real reason I got into real estate is my entrepreneurial spirit and passion for helping people find joy. My favourite part about helping my clients buy or sell a home is the look on their faces when a successful deal is completed. I always aim to see my clients happy, and accomplish this by easing their pain points and removing the stress from the real estate transaction process, which ultimately means my clients have an enjoyable experience. 

I currently live with my wife and two wonderful daughters in Willoughby, B.C. It’s a great neighbourhood, energised by lots of young families and great recreational facilities. The Mad Italian pizzeria is a must try! My free time is spent outdoors with my family and friends, and I love lake visits, BBQ's, and long walks in the many parks of B.C. I like to get outside and keep active by playing golf and pickle-ball. If I could live anywhere in the world? I’ve been fortunate to travel quite extensively and can honestly say living in B.C. is where we want to be. Maybe Amsterdam for a year wouldn't be terrible!

Ryan Flynn

A 20-year sales veteran, I’ve been told my work ethic is unparalleled, and my meticulous attention to client satisfaction is appreciated. Making sure every experience is perfect for my clients is my top priority; after all, I’m nothing without them! Previously in tech sales with Twitter and Spotify, I’ve worked with some amazing sales mentors, using many of those business principles in my approach to real estate. One of my favourite parts about my job is presenting to sellers, especially during a multiple offer bid - there’s nothing like coming out on top and taking that great news back to my clients. My no-nonsense approach is an asset in a competitive market, and I’m always looking to find my clients the right home for them.

A former drummer, my band The Watchmen kicked up a bit of dust in the 90s as one of the most successful bands to come out of my hometown of Winnipeg. These days, my drumming career is mostly behind me (though we still play a few shows a year when some nostalgia is in order!). Now I spend my time jogging in Cedarvale’s ravines, and touring the dog parks with my wife of 20 years, Sara, our three kids, Julia, Joshua, and Jolie, and our pup, Bowie.

Sammy Kohn

As a full time realtor in the lower mainland since 2003, I’ve always liked to help others solve problems and work through complex situations - it’s why I got into real estate. My previous work experience (sales and consulting for tech companies, home construction) has shown me that the most important thing is to truly listen and be present for my clients, no matter the industry. Word on the street - and I visit a lot of different streets! - is that I’m trustworthy and honest, a calming influence in stressful situations, a capable problem solver and savvy negotiator. In my own words, I care about my clients and look after their best interests, and their feedback is everything to me.

I’ve lived throughout the lower mainland since 1999 and reside in the Tri-Cities area with my wife and 2 kids. I love the proximity to the nearby lakes, trails, and oceanfront parks, plus the sports and recreation facilities in the area are exceptional. A variety of local breweries, food trucks, and restaurants also offer a wonderful bonus to the area. I love to hike, paddleboard, play soccer or tennis, and hit the slopes! I’m down-to-earth, informative, and my motto is balancing keeping it fun with getting it done.

Scott McLeod

Having grown up in Mississauga, I know the city inside and out. My family and I love the diversity that comes with living in the GTA - amazing food and culture from all over the world! In addition to everything the GTA has to offer, we love spending time in cottage country; from skiing, to boating, to camping, we’re all about spending time outdoors. Experiencing everything the world has to offer is something I take as a challenge, and I feel truly blessed to have travelled many parts of the world!

I’ve always been a big real estate fan, even back in my days as an art director at an advertising agency. I love helping my clients find the home of their dreams, especially when it’s a property well above their expectations. It’s all about fitting the pieces of a puzzle together between what they need, what they want, and what’s available in the market. I always tell my clients it’s about more than just the property; it’s about the neighbourhood. As a previous condo board president, and president of a resident’s association, your neighbours and neighbourhood truly help turn a property into a home.

I currently live in Riverdale with my partner Mark, and our two big cats. It’s a great spot with an easy-going vibe - and coffee shops on either end of my street, which is key! I love biking around the city, gardening, photography, and travelling. I’ve been to many cities around the world, and Toronto is a top place to live - although I wouldn’t mind wintering in Mexico to stay warm!

Prior to joining the real estate industry three years ago, I worked in advertising and marketing, giving me an edge on creating custom marketing strategies. This experience helps me market your home effectively, getting as many potential buyers as possible through the door. My goal is always making sure you’re confident and happy with your decisions, while achieving the best results. After all, the best part about my job is seeing you happy when you move into your dream home!

A resident of Bloor West Village, I love that there are so many things to do in the city. Everything you need is in walking distance, from my softball team practices, to parks, to my favourite spot, Queen’s Pasta! When I’m not helping clients find their real estate solutions, I’m enjoying the best of what Toronto has to offer, from escape rooms, to checking out new restaurants across the city. As much as I love being social in the city, nothing beats coming home to my cat Henrietta (who really runs the show).
