I’m currently  building my future home in Pickering, a spot I love for its proximity to Toronto, but a larger space for my family to grow. I’m excited to learn more about the ins and outs of building a residential home during this process, from surveys and permits, to architecture and foundations. As a graduate of the University of Toronto in Industrial Engineering, I’ve always been fascinated by the complex process of building a home. I’ve lived in the Thornhill area almost my entire life, and I’m happy to be here now with my wife, four daughters, and our puppy, Bruce Springsteen. A great place to raise a family, there’s no limits on what we can enjoy here, from Mill Pond Park, to Canada’s Wonderland, to some of the best Italian, Asian, and Middle Eastern restaurants in Ontario. My wife was born in London, England, and we hope to continue our European travels soon, and experience the amazing food and culture that different cities have to offer.

Andrew Chun

I've been in customer service and sales even before my days studying at The University of Western Ontario, working in promotional sales, bartending, selling commercial moves, and furniture sales (just to name a few!). My previous work experience helped me develop the necessary skills to become a well-rounded, dedicated real estate agent. I strive to make buying and selling real estate a seamless process for my clients, ensuring they’re stress-free and smiling when their deal closes. That’s what brings me the most satisfaction – seeing their happiness when everything is said and done! While I was born and raised in Mississauga. Squamish, British Columbia is where my husband and I set roots. Our children were born here on the West coast, and we have no complaints with the gorgeous mountains and ocean surrounding us. We absolutely love the outdoors, and one day would love to own places in Jamaica and Mexico.

Angela Lavigne

As an MBA grad with a background in technical recruiting, I started my career in real estate after working with a developer. I fell in love with the process and found fulfillment in helping my clients make one of life’s most crucial decisions. I’ve been a landlord, managed major renovations, worked with international buyers, and represented developers on pre-construction deals - add my keen eye for design, and I’ve pretty much done it all! When working with me, my clients can count on confidence and trust; since real estate isn’t merely a financial decision, I ask the right questions to help them feel empowered to make the best decision.

I currently live in Whitby with my wife and two young daughters; it’s a great place to raise kids and lead the active, family-orientated lifestyle that’s important to us. If I’m not working on an interior design project around the house, I’m reading or watching a show while on my stationary bike. I love riding - if I could somehow manage to take everyone I loved with me, I’d move to Copenhagen for the city’s beautiful design, food, and bike-centric culture!

Dan Chan

I bring a tremendous amount of experience in both real estate and mortgage financing to my clients. I specialize in luxury and commercial real estate, and for years have helped families, investors, and builders buy and sell properties. While my favourite part about my job is making sure people are happy with their decision, I like to think that success is a shared process enhanced by building strong relationships that emphasize fairness and knowledge - and knowledge is particularly something I aim to provide. I ensure every client is provided with relevant data, detailed marketing campaigns, and the very best customer service so they achieve a high return on their investments. I married my university sweetheart, Lynn, and together we’ve traveled and built a family together; our biggest source of joy is our son, Holden. Call us Canadian stereotypes, but the three of us are also hockey nuts. When I’m not working, I enjoy playing hockey (go figure!), golf, tennis, and biking, and at least once a year I try to catch some waves in Maui. Beyond purely physical activities, I’m currently completing graduate school at the University of Illinois, which has been a fantastic experience - I love learning new things and expanding my knowledge!

My two favourite features are my home theatre room and home office; I also love our outdoor firepit and hot tub.

David McLellan

Real estate’s in my blood, from both my parents being agents, to my grandfather, who used to type offers on his typewriter - I couldn’t imagine doing anything else. With an extensive knowledge of various neighbourhoods, I love removing any stress from a home purchase or sale, and finding my clients the right property. My husband Nick and our rescue dog Ginger live in South Leaside, an area perfect for its mix of nearby extensive trails and top restaurants, like De La Mer and Mayrick. We enjoy heading to the cottage for some quiet solitude, or spending time on our sailboat in the summer. A self-professed gym junkie, I love nothing more than a great sweat sesh at F45, Feris 360, or Fit District.

Giulia Gallina

We love living in British Columbia and enjoy all of the many outdoor activities this beautiful province has to offer, snow skiing, fly fishing, tennis, and yes surfing and coaching my son’s many sport teams football, basketball and soccer! I originally spent time in the clothing wholesale industry, selling clothing lines to retail stores on behalf of the manufacturers. In that line of business, relationship building is crucial, and it’s that element that I carry over to my real estate career. In real estate, I love that I get to expertly negotiate, and have diverse days, weeks, and months. I get to meet great people and explore my community. Many of my clients say that I’m low pressure, and they feel that I approach the buying and selling process with the care that I’d have if I were buying and selling my own home. This makes my clients feel very comfortable working with me, since I have their interests at heart.

The Caribbean is my favourite vacation destination, but I also love spending time on Lake Kalamalka in Vernon, British Columbia. Living in B.C. allows me lots of outdoor time – I love the fact that we have three ski hills in our backyard, along with the ocean and beaches for summertime activities. I take my three kids snowboarding in the winter and wake surfing in the summer, and also enjoy kickboxing and weightlifting for stress relief.

I've always had an interest in housing. It started when I was a boy delivering the North Shore News and the Real Estate Weekly newspapers - I would read through the real estate sections, mostly in awe of just how big and opulent homes could be. As I grew up, I became less interested in how grand they could be, and more interested in what made each one special. Castles come in all shapes and sizes, and I never pressure my clients to buy something they aren't comfortable with. This creates space to further grow and better understand the client's needs, and makes it possible to know and uncover questions they didn't know they had. Years of experience and surrounding myself with the best in the business makes it possible to always find the right answers.

I've lived on the North Shore my entire life. I enjoy travelling, but crossing Lion's Gate Bridge with the lions in the background and the ocean beneath is a feeling that anyone who knows where home is can relate to. I spend a great deal of my time driving; when I'm not supporting clients, I'm shuttling my kids around to the ski hills or driving to launch my kayak. And when I can finally hang up my car keys, the cycling trails are just outside my front door. I’m fortunate to have family around every corner, and we all truly love the great outdoors!

As my kids get older, I find myself wanting to create a home environment that fosters a "want to be at dad's" vibe. Future plans for my home would include a pool, home gym, maybe a games room? Whatever it takes to keep 'em close!

Even if I could live anywhere in the world, I’d still choose beautiful British Columbia as my home. Cloverdale is a paradise with a small-town feel, close to major cities, and currently, one of the fastest growing communities in the province. With parks around every corner, this community is family focused with quick access to the Greater Vancouver Regional District. Have I sold you on living here, yet?! I live here on the ‘best coast’ with my family, including two Pomeranians, Minky and Puffy, who are always thrilled to see dad (even when I’ve only been away for a minute). There’s a lot of love in this house and in this province!

Jeremy Bator

Before getting into real estate, I actually bought, renovated, and sold my own properties. It was through that experience that I realized I loved the search, the negotiations, and the listing process, and I wanted to make a career helping people reach their real estate goals. During that time, I worked in the casino gaming industry. The sales and customer management experience gained there is a huge asset to me in the real estate industry; learning to read people, standing strong for my clients, and enjoying the moments. Outside of strictly buying and selling, I also love studying interior design, and am constantly analyzing what to do to maximize the look and feel of all kinds of spaces. I'm also married to an electrician, and like to think I've absorbed some of his knowledge through osmosis!

Although I've lived in cities around North America - Winnipeg, Kingston, Las Vegas, and Calgary, to name a few - King City is exactly where I want to be right now! I love the proximity to such a huge variety of outdoor activities: from multi-day backcountry hikes to playing just about any team sport, I’m all about that fresh air. My husband and I also love driving to check out cool coffee shops in different northern towns on the weekends.

My passions are houses and people - when combined, it’s perfection! I love using my background in sales and marketing (for horses actually, not houses!) to help people find the right area for them, and then negotiate to get them into their dream home. I can’t get enough of seeing a client's face light up when they see their perfect home for the first time and imagine their future in it. I live in an amazing area with my husband, our two small children, and our dog, Winter. Whether it’s watching the surf on the beach, catching some live music at one of the many excellent restaurants, strolling through the forest paths, or enjoying a walk down the pier, there’s really so much for us to do here! I love where I live for the people, for its sheer beauty, and for maintaining a real sense of community. And while I wouldn’t live anywhere else, I’m still ALWAYS planning my next travel adventure - although, if a country home in the south of France was a realistic choice, I might have to eventually stay put!

Health and home are two of the most important things to me, so it felt natural to expand into real estate, and I’ve loved it ever since! I keep busy taking my two dogs to Riverdale Park nearby to race around, although they’re starting to be outpaced by my two amazing nephews, who easily keep them on their toes. Outside of keeping fit, I’ve just started learning the piano and how to speak Spanish - always working on something new!

Rory Armstrong

There’s nothing like making that congratulatory call to let my clients know they bought/sold their home. After all, home is special, and I’m proud and grateful to be a part of that process for my clients. I’m especially proud to work with clients who perhaps didn’t originally call Canada home - with my strong grasp of languages, I’m able to communicate in many Latin-based languages, which many of my clients appreciate. As a former communications specialist, I pull on these skills to some degree with every transaction I’m involved in. I thrive as being the conflict-resolution guy, bringing two sides with completely different viewpoints into one agreement. I used to be the CEO of a sales organisation based in South Africa. Understanding market trends, listening to customers needs, and implementing sales strategies are all valuable skills I developed during my time there. Prior to joining the real estate world, I also worked for a strategic marketing consultancy, so pulling insights from data is a strength, not to mention efficiency, consistency, and a customer-first mentality. All these skills combined make me a talented realtor, but the real reason I got into real estate is my entrepreneurial spirit and passion for helping people find joy. I currently live with my wife and two wonderful daughters in Willoughby, B.C. It’s a great neighbourhood, energised by lots of young families and great recreational facilities. The Mad Italian pizzeria is a must try! My free time is spent outdoors with my family and friends, and I love lake visits, BBQ's, and long walks in the many parks of B.C. I like to get outside and keep active by playing golf and pickle-ball. If I could live anywhere in the world? I’ve been fortunate to travel quite extensively and can honestly say living in B.C. is where we want to be. Maybe Amsterdam for a year wouldn't be terrible!

Ryan Flynn

As a full time realtor in the lower mainland since 2003, I’ve always liked to help others solve problems and work through complex situations - it’s why I got into real estate. My previous work experience (sales and consulting for tech companies, home construction) has shown me that the most important thing is to truly listen and be present for my clients, no matter the industry.
